STEEL WIRE MESH SKELETON REINFORCED PIPE

Steel Wire Mesh Skeleton Reinforced Pipe features a unique construction of steel wire mesh encased in high-strength concrete, providing exceptional structural integrity for various applications. It offers versatility, high durability, and resistance to corrosion, making it ideal for demanding environments. Additionally, its lightweight design facilitates easy installation, reducing labor costs.

Introduction

Steel wire mesh skeleton reinforced pipe inner layer of high-density polyethylene HDPE (PE100), the middle layer of steel wire winding into a mesh structure, the outer layer of HDPE (PE100) of the protective layer. The production process is the first extrusion of the inner HDPE pipe, and then two layers of steel wire around the winding to form a mesh structure, and then in the steel wire mesh coated with binder, and then finally extruded to cover the outer protective layer, the working pressure can be up to 3Mpa, the use of the temperature is not higher than 65 . GSPE steel wire skeleton pipe production line can be from 50-630mm range.

The advantages of the Steel Wire Mesh Skeleton Reinforced Pipe include:

Exceptional Strength: The steel wire mesh skeleton provides robust structural support, enabling the pipe to withstand high pressures and heavy loads.

Versatility: Suitable for a wide range of applications, including sewer systems, drainage systems, culverts, and stormwater management.

Durability: Highly resistant to corrosion, rust, and chemical damage, ensuring long-term performance in challenging environments.

Ease of Installation: Lightweight design facilitates easy handling and installation, reducing labor costs and installation time.

Cost-Effectiveness: Offers a cost-effective solution due to its durability and long lifespan, minimizing maintenance and replacement costs over time.
