The Thermal Breaking Profile Extrusion Line is designed to produce profiles with enhanced thermal insulation properties, ideal for energy-efficient building applications.
Nylon insulation strip application
Thermal insulation strips reduce heat conduction: using thermally insulated broken bridge aluminum alloy profiles and hollow glass structures, broken bridge aluminum doors and windows reduce the heat transmitted through doors and windows. In this way, we won’t feel hot even under the scorching sun in summer; and we won’t feel cold even when the cold wind blows in winter. This ensures that the indoor temperature is maintained.
Prevent condensation: The temperature of the inner surface of the broken bridge aluminum door and window profiles with heat insulation strips is close to the indoor temperature, reducing the possibility of indoor moisture condensing on the profile surface due to oversaturation. This is crucial to the insulation of windows.
Thermal insulation strips play the role of heat preservation and energy saving. Broken bridge aluminum door and window frames with heat insulation strips can reduce one-third of the heat loss through the window frames; in summer, if there is air conditioning, window frames with heat insulation strips can reduce more to reduce energy loss.

Common insulation strip materials
1. Nylon material PA66+25%GF (glass fiber) is the most commonly used.
2. PVC material: hard PVC+25%CaCo3 (calcium carbonate).
3. PU strip (glue injection process).

Special mold
Nylon insulation strips are often called I-type, C-type, T-type, etc. according to their cross-sectional shapes. The width is determined according to customer needs. Common ones are 14.8mm, 16mm, 18.6mm, 20.0mm, 22.0mm, 24.0mm, 28.0mm, etc., the mold adopts multi-cavity cold top extrusion!
