It has innovatively developed an EVA/TPU thick foam sheet production line for shoe materials. This high-performance system is specifically designed for producing highly elastic, lightweight, and wear-resistant thick foam sheets. Widely used in the manufacturing of athletic insoles, midsoles, and functional footwear, the line integrates automated batching, foaming reaction, temperature-controlled extrusion, sheet calendering, and cooling and shaping modules. This enables precise thickness control, uniform foam structure, and efficient, stable production, meeting both high-volume industrial applications and supporting customized material development.

Physically Foaming

 

It is the process of using physical methods to generate bubbles in the material with foaming agents, thereby achieving the foaming of the material. In this process, the foaming agent itself does not undergo chemical changes, but mainly generates gas through changes in its physical state, such as gas dissolution and precipitation, liquid vaporization, and phase transition of supercritical fluids.

 

Chemical Foaming

 

It relies on the foaming agent to undergo a chemical reaction at acertaintemperature or other conditions, producing gas and forming bubbles inside the material, thereby causing the material to foam. It is common for foaming agents to decompose upon heating, producing gases such as carbon dioxide and nitrogen.
