This machine uses PA6, PET, and PP as raw materials to produce BCF yarns with a one-step process of spinning, drafting, and texturing; PP raw materials can be added with recycled materials to reduce costs. 100% bottle flakes can be used for PET raw material.

Using modular equipment combinations such as spinning, drafting, winding, etc., it can produce single-color and three-color BCF carpet yarn; using a weight-based color matching system to ensure the uniform color of the original yarn.

It adopts a new type of screw, barrel, and special process design, which is suitable for the production of a variety of polymers.

Especially designed extruded silk components are used, which are easy to replace, and ensure uniform distribution of spinning melt and no dead ends.

A specially designed monomer suction system can discharge oligomers and lactams.

The heat roller uses a synchronous motor to drive the inductive heating roller, high-frequency heating, and imported temperature control transmitter to ensure the uniform temperature of the heat roller.

It adopts an automatic yarn switching winding head, the yarn tension is constant, the switching success rate is high, and the silk cake is formed well.
